The Music department has a busy and exciting calendar of events planned this year. Opportunities are inclusive and multi-sensory, and suited to the age range an ability of the students.

Music events calendar 2021-2022
Christmas Concerts and Christmas Fairs
14th – 16th December (3 dates)
6th Jan – Y7 and Y8 subject-led trip to see the pantomime to the Marlow theatre in Canterbury

Bach to the Future (Music event)
Parents of students who have peripatetic lessons (with Paul, Helen, Sophie) will be invited in to visit students in instrumental lessons
Performances with Arts Award groups on the 2nd March in Gravesend and 4th March in Canterbury
Multi-sensory performances to 12 Extended Impacts classes w/c 14th and 21st March
Visiting professional musicians to run a workshop with Subject-led department students on the 28th March

Students receiving peripatetic instrumental lessons will perform in a small concert.
