NHS Immunisation Team - Information

The School Aged Immunisation Service will be attending school on the 17th of March to give Yr 9 and those Year 10 and 11 students who missed the Yr 9 Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY) & Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio (Td/IPV) immunisations to students.

The consent forms are online only here  Forms must be filled in by 09/03/2023 before midnight
