Remote Learning

We are conscious of the continuing impact of lockdown for individual pupils and aim
to support them to maintain their confidence as learners while they may need to take
further time out of school due to both the pandemic and non-pandemic related
reasons.

Through the delivery of remote learning via the learning platforms Seesaw, pupils
who are out of school can access learning activities that have been uploaded by their
class teacher.

Families should have received log in details to support their child to access these
activities. Please let us know if you have not received this or cannot access the
platform for any reason. Please contact the school via the email,

office@meadowfield.kent.sch.uk.

The learning activities will be linked to the class termly topic or project, found on the
class webpage and promote the learning of English and Maths skills alongside other
areas, all of which are in-line with our Recovery Curriculum. These activities should
be accessible to your child through fun and practical things that you can enjoy doing
together. The class teacher will look forward to viewing your child’s work once it has
been uploaded by yourself and the class teacher will send an achievement comment.

If you wish to discuss other forms of home work please do not hesitate to contact your
child’s teacher via the Home/School Contact Book or the office email,

office@meadowfield.kent.sch.uk.
